Q.  Where will my order ship from?

A.  Legend Electrical Supply works with a partner network across Canada.  As an e-company, we reply on robust technology to take orders, locate product in the nearest warehouse, and then notify our service-oriented team to turn orders around for prompt delivery.

 

Q.  Where are you located?

A.  Our head office is located in Montreal, Quebec.  We have a partner network across Canada with warehouse locations and teams operating out of Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg and Toronto.  

 

Q.  Which shipping carrier(s) do you use?

 A.   We have an excellent relationship with Purolator.  This is our preferred carrier to major centres across Canada.  However, we can accommodate special requests for unique circumstances or shipments to rural centres.

 

Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?

A.  Orders received before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are shipped out same-day.  Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on Statutory Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  Under this shipping timeline, all molded case breakers are automatically upgraded to air to ensure next-day delivery.  This timeline also supports one to five day delivery from our main warehouse to locations within Canada. 

 

Q.  What is your warranty?

A. We offer a one-year replacement warranty on everything we sell. We warranty against manufacturer defects and products that fail under regular use.

 

Q.  Do you accept returns?

A.  Unopened, uninstalled and unused stocked material can be returned for full credit within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return freight and the freight from the original shipment.

Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is received.

 

Q.  How are you able to offer such low pricing on new in box, name brand product?

This is in thanks to our large volume purchasing and an experienced network of vendor partners with extensive inventories.  We've spent years building strong relationships with exceptional and reliable vendors and building an unbeatable inventory and partner network across the nation.
